The IFCAA Secretariat had the 31st IFCAA General Conference in the form of an interchange of documents between the Tokyo Secretariat and IFCAA Members because of COVID-19 playing havoc around the world. The Conference had been originally planned to be started on November 18 (Wednesday), 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Matters for Deliberation and a report are as follows. All Proposals were approved.
